Charles Fleming Named to Head LinuxForce Inc.

Lansdowne PA — 22 June 1999 — The board of directors of LinuxForce Inc. today named Charles B. (Buck) Fleming of Lansdowne, Pennsylvania as president of the recently organized company.

Fleming will lead the new company which develops Linux operating system solutions for complex commercial and industrial computing requirements.

LinuxForce Inc. has assembled what some of its clients have termed a "dream team" of Linux-oriented talent.
